A family owned business, clobeca Web Design, is named after our daughters, Chloe and Rebecca. Formerly known as Catherine Alcivar Web Design which started in 2004.

We are a web site design and web development company that specializes in custom web site design, PHP and JAVA web application development, Flash multimedia development, ecommerce storefront development, web site promotion, domain name registration, web site hosting, digital photography, and more. The Web Designer

Catherine Alcivar is a veteran in the U.S. Air Force and currently a reservist specializing in Human Resources at the New Hampshire Air National Guard. She worked for sixteen years as an aircraft data systems analyst and database manager where she developed her skills in information technology, which included computer programming. She is experienced in analyzing problems and providing solutions relating to aerospace maintenance data systems. After years of working full time in the military, she decided to change her career into becoming a web designer, Internet Consultant, and starting a business.

The Web Developer

Peter Alcivar has been in computer engineering for more than 25 years. He has worked in fields as diverse as minicomputers, telecommunications, spacecraft electronics and financial services. His interest in learning is endless; he is constantly keeping up with new technology. He has built application software using PHP, Java/J2EE, JSP, ASP, Perl, C++, JavaScript, and others.

In addition, we are both professional photographers. Peter owns and operates Peter Alcivar Photography, a fully equipped portrait studio. He can provide you with executive portraits, either 3/4 length or headshots, either in studio or on location, stock photography, and more.
