CLOBECA.COM is a small web design and web development company in the Gulf Coast of Florida founded in late 2004 in New England by Catherine Alcivar, who is now a US Air Force Reserve Retiree and Veteran. She was also in the USAF as an active-duty member, a full-time Federal Civilian employee, and a reservist in the Air National Guard. As a web designer with over twenty years of experience, she co-owns the company with her husband, Peter Alcivar, a software/web application developer with over twenty years of experience in the field.
Our company’s goal is to ensure we deliver the best web solutions that would meet our clients' needs for a business web marketing presence. We offer domain name registration, web hosting, email hosting, SSL Certificate, ecommerce payment solutions, and website management.
